The Galaxy M54 has a different design from its predecessor, the M53, replacing the top camera module with a vertical line. The new finish goes against the trend of Samsung devices to maintain a similar look to what was seen on Galaxy S23. Despite following the trend of expensive phones, this smartphone has a plastic back and frame.
Measuring 164.9 x 77.3 x 8.4mm, the design features a clever notch at the front to accommodate the front-facing camera and few distractions from the sides. This build also includes scratch-resistant and anti-scratch coatings for the panels, but lacks the water and dust protection found on other models like the Galaxy A34. As for colors, the phone comes in silver and blue.

As for the display, the Galaxy M54 has a 6.7-inch wide panel that displays content in Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels).
