Google recently accidentally revealed the look of its new smartphone, the Pixel 8 Pro, its next top-of-the-line model. The model is expected to be officially launched in October and will feature high-performance features to deliver the best for users.
The image leaked by the company shows a person using the cell phone and was quickly taken down. The photo also shows what could be the brand's new smartwatch, the Pixel Watch 2, as the design presented is slightly different from the brand's predecessor model.
The images do not reveal much information, but the cell phone is expected to have the Tensor G3 processor, 128 GB or 256 GB of memory, as well as changes in the camera and interface, compared to the company's previous model.

Pixel 8 Pro
In addition to the photos leaked by the company, Google also released a 3D simulator of the model on the brand's website. The images confirm the device's appearance from all angles and show some functions that have been speculated for some time.
The website used to allow users to view the device in 360°, but it is no longer online. According to the material released, the model will not have the traditional 3.5mm headphone input, as in previous models, and will have a tray for the SIM card.
On the front of the phone, you can see the selfie camera in a hole in the top center of the screen, as well as symmetrical and prominent edges, the same size on all sides.
The back of the phone shows that the camera is located under a glass panel and a metal bar that covers the horizontal part of the top of the model. The Google logo is also present in the central area of the device.
Although it does not show the technical specifications of the cell phone, it is expected to have the Tensor G3 processor, with 128 GB or 256 GB of internal memory.
According to the leaked material, the model will come in three colors: Licorice (black), Porcelain (gray) and Sky (blue). The phone will also have a new body temperature thermometer. This information had already been leaked and has now been confirmed.
The phone is expected to have a 6.7-inch OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 5,000mAh battery, with 27W fast charging. In addition, it should arrive with a 50MP main camera, a 64MP ultrawide lens and a 48MP periscopic lens.
Launch
The phone will be launched on October 4th at 11am Brasília time. In addition to the Pixel 8 Pro, the company is also expected to launch the Pixel Watch 2 and the Pixel Buds Pro headphones. These models will be the first to receive the Android 14 as an operating system.
With the new features, the models are expected to be more expensive than the Pixel 7 line. The Pixel 8 line is Google's new bet to compete with the new iPhones of the 15th generation. Apple's cell phones will be launched on September 12. In addition to the new phones, the company will launch iOS 17 and new Apple Watch models.
