Motorola Thinkphone

The Motorola Thinkphone was launched by Lenovo, the company that owns from Motorola, in partnership with Microsoft. It is a cell phone aimed at the corporate market, which has access to Windows 365 Cloud PC. This technology allows the cell phone to be used as a computer with Windows 11, when connected to a monitor, mouse and keyboard.

To use your phone as a computer, you need to connect it via USB-C and add a mouse and keyboard via Bluetooth. However, to use this feature, you need to sign up for a subscription.

Windows 365 was launched by Microsoft in July 2021 and is a service that allows access to computers via streaming. The service is aimed at companies and processing is carried out on servers, and can be accessed by different operating systems. Subscriptions start at R$$179.20 per month for each user.

As Motorola has owned the company since 2016, the integration between the two companies' products is quite fluid. With this, the Thinkphone can also integrate with Thinkpad notebooks, allowing you to share the clipboard and transfer files without the need for cables. It also allows remote access to applications, and notifications from the phone are mirrored on Windows.

The device also has a customizable button that can activate the Microsoft Teams walkie-talkie function, which facilitates communication between people in the company.

The cell phone comes equipped with the processor Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 has a 6.6-inch screen with Gorilla Glass Victus protection, 256 GB of internal storage and 8 GB of RAM, in addition to of battery 5,000 mAh, and camera set, with 50 MP main camera.

As it is intended for use in companies, it also has a finish designed for durability and resistance, and is protected against physical shocks and damage, thanks to its MIL STD-810H military resistance. It also has IP68 certification, ensuring resistance against water and dust.

It was produced with aeronautical aluminum and aramid fiber finish, also being heat resistant. This fiber material is also used in the manufacture of bullet-resistant vests.
