Samsung held the event Galaxy Unpacked, this Wednesday (26), in South Korea, to launch its new models of foldable cell phones, tablets and smart watches, which are already available for sale on the manufacturer's website. The devices, purchased by Brazilians, will begin to be delivered next month, starting on the 11th.
The launch of the brand's new foldable phones was highly anticipated, as the manufacturer has been betting on this type of model, which should continue to be popular until next year, and is exciting users. Samsung has been presenting increasingly advanced products, with more technological and high-performance tools.
The brand launched two models of foldable cell phones, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Galaxy Z Fold 5, which have a special price in their pre-sale.

Features
Processor
The model from Samsung, has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 For Galaxy processor, which is a more modern and better version than the one used in the previous version of the model, since the Galaxy Z Fold 4 uses the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. The new version provides an advantage in terms of performance and energy efficiency, compared to the previous processor.
Cameras
In terms of cameras, the Z Fold 5's setup is practically the same as its predecessor. It has a 50 MP main camera, a 12 MP ultrawide camera, and a 10 MP 3X optical zoom telephoto camera.
Its front camera has a 10 MP sensor on the outside and a 4 MP sensor on the inside. Although it has basically the same features as the Z Fold 4, it is expected that, due to the technology present in the new processor, the cameras may present some evolution and be able to deliver better images. Another new feature is the Space Zoom function, which allows you to take photos at up to 30x zoom.
Screen
The device also features a 6.2-inch external screen and a 7.6-inch internal screen, the same sizes as the Z Fold 4 screens. They feature Dynamic AMOLED 2X technology, with 120 Hz and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, more modern than the previous model, Gorilla Glass Victus+.
Despite having the same size as the previous model, Samsung's launch makes greater use of the front area, which went from 90.9% to 91.1% in the fifth generation device.
Battery
The new model's battery also has the same capacity as the previous model, with 4,400 mAh, which allows the user to listen to music for up to 73 hours straight, or watch videos for up to 21 hours non-stop. Thanks to its advanced processor, the device adjusts its energy use to the user's habits and needs, allowing the charge to last longer, about a day of moderate use.

The device features Droplet technology, which ensures that it leaves no gaps when folded, unlike its previous model, which leaves a small gap between the sides of the screen when closed. The model is also compatible with 5G connection, expanding the range of brand devices compatible with the technology.
Price
The device is on sale on Samsung's website and can be purchased for R$12,419.10 in cash, or R$13,799 in up to 12 interest-free installments.
