On the official Estação Cidadania website, you can schedule the following services: Employment and Social Security Card (CTPS); DETRAN; Civil Police; Federal Police and TRE.
The Employment and Social Security Card is scheduled through website. By clicking on this option you will have all the important information to carry out this service, such as: which documents are required and the service locations available.
Appointments are only used to choose a location. Service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, respecting the institution's opening hours.
DETRAN appointments are made on the website itself. Just access DETRAN PA, choose the desired service, enter your CPF, enter the characters that appear on the screen and follow the steps on the website.
On the DETRAN platform, you will find services separated by categories: Housing, vehicle, infraction and others.
On the Civil Police website, you can schedule an appointment for issuing identity cards, criminal records and other services. Just access Civil Police of Pará, click on “Make Appointment”, confirm the requested data and follow the system steps.

Due to the busy lives of Brazilian citizens and the growth of cities, many public services are no longer provided quickly and often without quality.
With this in mind, the government of the state of Pará decided to create a program that would make it easier to perform all public services without having to go to several places or pay exorbitant fees. This is how Estação Cidadania was created.
What is the Citizenship Station Program?
The Estação Cidadania Program was created by the Government of Pará in 2011. The objective of this program is to offer the population of the State quality public services.
The system was created in partnership with several municipal, state, federal and private sector bodies, brought together in a single location.
All areas that require management, implementation, installation, operation and coordination of the Citizenship Station Population Service Program are the responsibility of the State Administration Secretariat – SEAD.
The State Secretariat of Administration has eighteen partners that help provide fast, safe and quality service to all citizens of the State of Pará.
Currently, the Estação Cidadania Program is present in 8 municipalities in the State, with different services for each region.
