iPhone:

1. Click on “Settings” and then on “Chats”;

3. Enter your phone number and confirm by clicking “Clear all conversations”.

How to clear all WhatsApp chats on your computer

To clear all conversations via from the computer, make sure you are using the updated version of the desktop app. This process cannot be done on WhatsApp Web. For that:

1. Click on the gear located on the left side;
2. Click on “Conversations”;
3. Click on the “Clear all messages” option;
4. Click “Clear conversations”.

How to clear individual or group conversation

To delete an individual or group conversation on Android:

1. Access a conversation and tap the menu, then click “More”;

On iPhone:

1. Drag the conversation or group to the left;

2. Click “Clear” to confirm the decision.
