Using the document digitally can make your routine easier!
Cell phones have helped us a lot in our daily tasks, right? They allow us to access a variety of information that we need, quickly and easily, with just one click. Whether it's through the use of calendars, apps, ease of transactions, exchanging messages, searching for information, making calls and much more. Cell phones have helped us with basically everything. And because of this ease of having everything in the palm of our hands, some institutions and agencies are increasingly seeking to take their services to the digital world, facilitating problem-solving and reducing the time taken for processes that would otherwise be carried out in person.
One example of this is that we can now access some documents, such as our driver's license, voter registration card, work card, vaccination card, and others, digitally, which is very helpful in our busy routines when we need to resolve something. This type of digital service is ideal especially for those who are forgetful, who sometimes end up leaving their wallet with their documents at home.
A very important document for citizens is the Individual Taxpayer Registry (CPF), used for different services. Until now, the document had a printed version, or in card format. Application
Whether it is to make a purchase, access some rights, open bank accounts, resolve legal issues, sign up for a competition, or much more, using your CPF is essential. Nowadays, some people no longer carry the document and only use its number. However, in some cases, the institution may ask for confirmation of the data provided by the customer and require the document. In these cases, those who do not carry the document may end up being left behind.
But, to put an end to these problems and facilitate its use, the document can be accessed through the application of the Federal Revenue Service, the Individual, where information about him is offered, in addition to being able to generate proof of the document at the time.
In the application, which is available for cell phones with the Android operating system and iOS, it is also possible to obtain the first copy of the CPF and consult questions regarding the document, in the questions and answers tab. If the user has any problems with the document, it can also be regularized through the application.
How to use the app
- Download the app through your cell phone's app store;
- Open the app, allow its use and enter your CPF number, date of birth and click on search. Your data will then appear;
- To issue the receipt, click on the document symbol, enter your mother's name and your voter registration number. The receipt will be saved in PDF format on your mobile device.
It is also possible to print the document to have a printed version, if the person does not have one. The user can also favorite the CPF, so that the information is saved and can be accessed automatically by the application.
The app also provides other information, such as Refund Consultation, searches for Federal Revenue units using GPS and obtaining the first copy of the document.
How to get the first copy
- Open the app, click on the menu at the top of the screen, and select “Other Services”;
- Click on “CPF Registration” and fill out the document request form;
- After entering the data, send and wait for confirmation via email. This issuance process can take an average of 10 minutes to complete.
