With technology, almost anything is possible these days. In fact, users can turn their cell phones into computers via wireless connection or, using an HDMI cable, connect them to a television, and have full control over them as if they were computers, mirroring the SUS tele.

This feature is ideal for users who do not have a notebook, but need, for example, to present a piece of work and want to mirror the material for other people to see, or watch content on TV, since the screen is much larger.

Turn your phone into a computer

Xiaomi

Currently, Xiaomi's best-selling device is the Redmi Note 12s. It is not possible to connect it via an HDMI cable, however, if the user has a Smart TV connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the device, it is possible to connect it to the “Cast” option, sharing the smartphone's screen to the television.

Just like this model from Xiaomi, iPhones also do not have screen sharing via HDMI cable, but the device can also share the screen for various purposes. It is important to remember that it is ideal for the router to be connected to the 5 GHz network, which is a network that delivers lower latency.

Motorola

Through Motorola cell phones, it is possible to turn your cell phone into a computer with Ready For technology. Even though there are features that allow screen mirroring to TVs and notebooks, the feature promises more stability and functionality for the user. The idea behind this technology is to use your cell phone to simulate the experience of using a computer, requiring only a cell phone, cable and TV. This option is also excellent for people who are going to travel and would like to leave their notebook at home or at work.

The difference between screen mirroring and Ready For is that it creates an interface with all apps, making them more similar to a conventional computer. Since this process can consume a good portion of the mobile device's processing power, Motorola created a specific kit for using Ready For, which includes a base for the smartphone to be positioned. This base has a cooling cooler and an adjustment so that it can be used vertically or horizontally.

It is also possible to use the technology wirelessly, if the user has a cell phone from the Edge line and a TV with integrated Miracast. It is possible to use Ready For for games, video calls, as a webcam and much more. In terms of games, the premise is to imitate something similar to a video game. This technology is available on the brand's main cell phones with 5G connection.

Samsung

It is possible to mirror the screen of Samsung cell phones also on Smart TVs, in the same way as Xiaomi and iPhone cell phones. To do this, you need to connect the TV and the cell phone to the same Wi-Fi network, pull down the notification bar, open the quick panel and tap on the Smart View option on the device. After that, just select the TV from the list of available devices and tap on Start now.

The procedure is also possible with the SmartThings app. The software allows you to control and manage smart electronics via your cell phone and is compatible with all Samsung smart TVs. The app is available for Android and iOS phones for free. With the app, users can mirror their device's screen and view photos from their gallery, make video calls, and watch movies and series on TV via their cell phone.
