How to track TNT parcels?
To track TNT orders, the customer can access both the company's application and their own website from TNT.
To do this, you need to have the service document number (CT-E) / Invoice or AWB number on hand, as it will be from these numbers that you will be able to follow the next tracking steps.
After that, the customer needs to know which TNT division is transporting their merchandise, which could be Mercúrio or Express. National orders are generally transported by Mercúrio, while international orders are transported by Express. Check the documents mentioned above.
And, from there, just track your order, either through the website or the TNT app, going to either Mercúrio or Express.
TNT Mercury Tracking
To track a TNT Mercury order, the user simply needs to access the company's website and fill in the fields:
1) Type of Client – Select Recipient or Sender;
