Customer service channels should be enough to resolve all your issues, but this is not always possible. So, check out the following list of complaint channels that anyone can use to make complaints about products and services.
Complain Here
Reclame Aqui is a Brazilian website for complaints against companies. Its service is free, whether for consumers to post their complaints or for companies to respond to their demands. TikTok, for example, usually responds to its users' questions and complaints there. To register your complaint, just register with your personal information.
Reclame Aqui's privacy policy does not allow consumers to be identified in publications, which are indexed by search engines such as Google and are visible for consultation. Access to the data that has been registered is only available to the company involved.
Consumer Portal
The Consumer Portal is a resource created by the Ministry of Justice that offers a free public communication service between consumers and companies. You can file a complaint there and the company has up to 10 days to respond. Once the company has sent its response, the consumer has up to 20 days to comment and rate the company's response.
The procedure, however, is only valid for companies registered on the website. In other words, it is important to check whether the company you intend to contact has joined the portal.
PROTEST
PROTESTE, also known as the Brazilian Association for the Defense of Customers, is a non-profit civil entity. It helps citizens assert their rights by intervening in conflicts between consumers and companies.
Through its complaints channel, available at website, it is possible to forward a request directly to the company and also request support from a specialist. Complaints are sent by customers directly to companies through their platform. Requests for help, in turn, are analyzed and handled by Customer Protection specialists.
It is important, however, that customers contact the company before using PROTESTE's services.
