The distributor serves all 144 municipalities in the state, with five headquarters located in:

- Santarem.
All this work in the state means that the company now serves more than 2 million customers.

Celpa Ombudsman used for communication between customers and Celpa.

Calls are free throughout the state of Pará, with service from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.

The Center is available to the population 24 hours a day.

Complaint to ANEEL
If you have a problem that CELPA was unable to resolve through the company's Ombudsman, you still have another way to complain.
We are talking about ANEEL, which is the national electricity agency.
ANEEL's primary function is to monitor energy distributors in the country, such as CELPA.
This way, if distributors do not resolve their customers' complaints, make a complaint to ANEEL may solve the problem.
