If you have any kind of problem with the light in your home and you have not been able to resolve it through the website or by phone, register a complaint at Celesc ombudsman.

The ombudsman's office is only intended for cases that were not resolved through normal service channels.

In case of problems, contact Aneel

 The National Electric Energy Agency (Aneel) is a regulatory agency created to regulate and monitor the Brazilian electricity sector.

Through Aneel's various communication channels, it is possible to register any type of problem or complaint.

This service channel should be used if you have not received any response from the electricity company's ombudsman, or if the response received was unsatisfactory.

Therefore, before filing a complaint with Aneel, you must contact Celesc's ombudsman. Keep the protocol numbers generated by Celesc's customer service and ombudsman.
