Exclusive service for the hearing impaired

If you need a specialized service to assist people with hearing impairments, you can also contact the Customer Service Center. It is available from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6:30 pm. Just call: 0800 701 5582.

There is also the option to be served via WhatsApp. To do this, simply add the number (11) 3003-9303 to your cell phone contacts and send a message. Porto Seguro's virtual assistant will guide you regarding your request.
