If you are going to sign up for a prepaid plan, but are unsure which one to choose, you should check out the ranking of the ten best offers for 2023, according to a survey carried out in August by the company MelhorPlano.net, which specializes in comparing telecommunications services.
The company's analysis took into account 24 prepaid plans from Claro, Vivo, TIM and Alô, a cell phone plan from Correios. According to the company, the ranking was prepared based on different factors related to the plan, such as value, number of GBs of internet, price paid per GB and unlimited use applications.

Analysis
The analysis by MelhorPlano.net states that the best prepaid cell phone plan is the Claro Prezão YouTube 12 GB package. According to the data, Claro's plan combines the highest overall score and the best cost-benefit among the plans evaluated in the survey. Right after it comes the Vivo Pré 10 GB plan, which offers bonuses and unlimited WhatsApp, and then the Claro Prezão Free Fire 12 GB, with an extra 5 GB for Free Fire and 3 GB for watching videos.
For the ranking, the number of free calls to other operators and the general performance of the telephone company were also considered, according to the scope of coverage and quality assessment in the Customer Satisfaction Survey. National Telecommunications Agency held in 2022.
Highlights
Claro was the biggest highlight of the survey, with two of its plans taking first and third place. Then, the highlight was Vivo, which occupies second place in the ranking. The packages from the operator also appear in fourth, seventh and eighth place. TIM's plans appear in fifth, sixth and tenth place.
