In order to focus solely on manufacturing new, more technological and advanced devices aimed at gamers, ASUS may stop manufacturing Zenfone models. The rumors were published by Taiwanese newspaper Technews Taiwan last month. According to sources at the newspaper, the last model in the line created by the company was the Zenfone 10.
As a result, from now on, the main focus will be on the production of the ROG Phone line, phones specifically for gaming. Also according to the information, the team that developed the Zenfone phones was removed from the project and reallocated to other areas of the company.
ROG Phones follow design lines found in gaming notebooks, and this should be the company's main focus from now on. There were already signs of the end of the brand's most basic line, due to the absence of mid-range phones and the arrival of high-end smartphones.
