Defective speaker
Most users complain about the speaker on the top, which seems to sound louder. In one of the comments, a user said, “My iPhone 15 Pro Max arrived on launch day and I took it out of the box and when I was on a call at full volume, the speaker shook and I could hear a liquid-like sound coming from inside.” The same thing happens when the music is played above 80% in volume.
TikToker Milesabovetech took to the platform to point out a glitch that occurs with the iPhone 15 Pro Max. The content creator realized that there was an issue with the phone and requested a replacement from Apple, but the replaced phone also had weak sound from the top speaker. Even after replacing it with a new one, the problem still persists. Apple has yet to comment on the complaints.
iPhone has overheating problems
One of the main problems with the iPhone 15 is battery overheating and swelling. According to an owner of the new smartphone, the iPhone temperature 15 Pro reached 40 degrees Celsius. There have been reports of phones overheating during inductive charging or after using certain features like FaceTime and Instagram. Following complaints, Apple released an update that fixed the issue.
iPhone 15 Pro Max production delayed
In addition to hardware and software issues, another issue that has worried some buyers is the delay in the production of the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Although demand for smartphones has been high this year, the delay in the production of the devices has delayed the delivery of devices purchased in advance. This model, which was launched on September 22, will only reach buyers in the second or third week of October, almost a month after purchase.
