New design
WhatsApp Beta is testing a new update that introduces a new look to the call notification window, which will bring greater prominence to the buttons to accept or reject the call.
This new feature is now available to users of the app's testing program. for Android. Update 2.23.16.14 is being released gradually, through the Play Store.
The change in the incoming call interface comes along with a series of changes to the application, to modernize the look and ensure a better experience for those who use the application.
The new buttons feature icons next to the words accept or reject, helping to recognize the actions. The colors green and red, which are used to highlight the words in the “normal” version of the app, appear as fill in the new buttons in the Beta version, which is currently being tested.
This modification aims to allow for faster identification of elements, giving more emphasis to the options available when receiving a call through the application. The image of the new design was shared by the website WABetaInfo, a platform specialized in the messenger.
Launch
There is still no release date for the change in the design of the call window for the stable version of the app. However, it may be that the new feature will reach users along with the other changes that are also being tested in the Beta version of the app.
In more recent updates, the application's testing program presented a change in the elements at the top of the main screen and in the application's search bar, with more rounded corners and giving more emphasis to the background of the screen.
