Working from home has become a growing trend among professionals. Although it is a method already used by some institutions and companies, the pandemic has opened many doors to this work format. As a result, many workers now prefer to work from home.

One of the main advantages of these opportunities is that many of them fall under the concept of microfranchises, also known as low-cost franchises. According to the ABF, the total initial investment to acquire a microfranchise is up to R$105,000 (this limit will be increased to R$135,000 from July). The essential difference between microfranchises and conventional franchises is the lower amount invested. However, both must follow the regulations of franchise laws and offer the necessary support to franchisees.
