TIM has become the third operator in the world to sign a commercial agreement with Apple. The operators will include offers of services such as Apple Music, Apple TV, iCloud (for cloud data storage) and postpaid plans such as arcade games (called TIM Black) at no additional cost to users.

TIM and Apple Agreement
The president of TIM Brazil, Alberto Griselli, says that only Verizon in the US and Everytime Everywhere (EE) in the UK have signed similar agreements. Griselli claims that this is the most comprehensive partnership with Apple in Brazil and promises to offer innovation with a variety of services. Everything will be included in the operator's plans. The president also recalled that the telecommunications organization recently closed agreements with Gol and Latam to offer free web browsing on board for the company's customers.
Much more than iPhone
Apple sells music, games, TV, and cloud services in a bundle called Apple One. Subscription options ranging from R$34.90 to R$49.50 per month are available if you sign up for this service directly with the iPhone maker. But now, thanks to the partnership, this service is included in the TIM Postpaid plan at no additional cost. The choices are between TIM Black with 50GB for R$224.99 and a version with 100GB of Internet for R$294.99. The plans can be shared by the owner with 1 to 3 dependents.
To mark the start of the partnership, TIM will offer big discounts for 3 months, depending on the phone model. The 128GB iPhone 14 drops from R$$ 7,599 on Apple's website to R$$ 3,999 on TIM for the TIM Black postpaid plan, a discount of 47.4%. The 256GB version of the iPhone 14 will drop from R$$ 8,599 to R$$ 4,999. The value of the iPhone 13 with 128GB has dropped by 46.2%, going from R$$ 6,499 on Apple's website to R$$ 3,499 on the operator. In the second half of the year, the iPhone 12 will join the product range.
Announcing the change, the company hired actor Rodrigo Santoro as its new brand ambassador. The campaign was launched nationwide on Thursday. Jennifer D'Cunha, Apple's head of services for Latin America, highlighted that it will facilitate access to entertainment services, including curated playlists of audio, series, movies and more than 200 special games, as well as additional storage via iCloud+.
