Infinix has invested heavily in technology for its cell phones. Discover the brand's latest product!

Infinix announced on Monday (11) 3D Lighting Leather, the company's new finish made of a fabric that imitates leather with "transparent" parts, which allows light to pass through. The company's idea is to combine the premium look of the fabric with an intelligent LED system, without having to apply cutouts or other types of materials to the back of the cell phones.

The company's owner, Transsion Group, has been making major advances in the market in recent months, even challenging technology giants such as Samsung and Motorola. As a new product, the company has the Tecno Phantom V Fold, which is the manufacturer's first foldable phone, and the Tecno Phantom Ultimate, which has a rollable screen in a traditional body.

Infinix 3D Lighting Leather

Infinix Infinix has announced Infinix 3D Lighting Leather, a fabric finish that imitates leather and has been redesigned to allow light to pass through. With it, devices can use smart LED lighting systems without having to significantly affect the design, eliminating the need for cutouts or special structures that propagate light.

The composition of the new product has four layers in total, starting with a film that dissipates the light from the LEDs to make it more uniform, followed by a coating of glare-proof paint, ensuring that maximum brightness is transmitted.

There is also the application of transparent fiberglass, reinforcing the structure without blocking the light, and finally comes the TPU fabric, which is a plastic polymer treated to resemble leather for its finish.

Like other recent phones with backlighting, the idea is to use LEDs intelligently, combined with sound effects to emit notifications and dynamic alerts that can be configured by the user. According to the company's statement, 3D Lighting Leather will be available in September in a special edition of the Infinix Note 30 VIP model, one of the company's most complete mid-range models.

Infinix has caught the attention of users in the past with its unique finishing technologies for mobile phones, which have practically become a trademark of the company. Some of the most recent highlights include the Concept Phone 2021, which has electrochromic glass that changes color when it comes into contact with sunlight, and another fabric that also imitates leather and changes with light, becoming darker.

Phantom Ultimate

Tecno, a company of Transsion Group recently presented one of its technological projects, which is in the research and development phase. The Phantom Ultimate It has a rollable screen that stretches to take its display from 6.55 inches to 7.11 inches in about two seconds. At the press of a button, the panel extends horizontally, transforming the phone into a small tablet.

Tecno made it clear that there is no forecast for the new product to hit the market, but it serves as proof that the company is capable of developing models like this, even after only a few years of operation. The company also stated that even if it reaches users, there is no guarantee that it will arrive as presented, as there may be adjustments to components, design and other areas.
