The company that owns the game saw a 311,000,000 increase in revenue in the first quarter of this year.

Data released by the IT Home portal indicate that the game Tencent's Honor of Kings earned US$1.4 trillion in June alone. The current revenue figure is about 1.606 billion yuan, with the mobile game champion on the world's best-selling list.
On July 8th, the game released the holiday skin for Milady, achieving the highest revenue figure of the month. With the return of two limited skin versions, the introduction of a new hero and updates to its content, the game managed to maintain player interest and establish itself as the best-selling.
Tencent's PUGB Mobile game, along with Peaceful Elite's revenue, has returned to the second best-selling spot with US$1.72 million in revenue. With 62.81 million in revenue from the Chinese iOS market, 81 million in the US, and 3.51 million in India, on July 4, the game managed to dominate the Chinese iPhone best-selling list for 4 days in a row.
These revenues are the result of the arrival of a new feature, the tool exchange, and on July 7th, with the launch of the Pure Dream Wedding campaign, reaching the highest revenue number of the month. On July 14th, the game partnered to launch a Sonic-themed skin, which managed to increase sales even further.
NetEase's Against the Current ranked third in the top-selling games, with revenue of US$113 million. Due to its design and rich content, the martial arts MMORPG ranked among the top three best-selling games on iOS in China. It also topped the list of fastest-growing mobile games in July. The other two games that made the top five list were Dream Games' Royal Match and King's Candy Crush Saga.

In July alone, gamers around the world paid an estimated $6.56 billion on the Apple Store and Google Play, which is roughly flat compared to last year’s figures. The United States remains the world’s largest mobile gaming market, with nearly $1.9 billion, accounting for $28.71 billion of all revenue. iOS sales in China came in second at $19.71 billion, and Japan came in third at $16.41 billion.
