ZTE announced the Red Magic 8S Pro smartphone in China at the beginning of July. The device comes with powerful specifications and is now available on the global market. This smartphone is aimed at gamers and features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor enhanced by Qualcomm, which offers great performance and fluidity for users, even in more demanding games.
The global version of this phone is sold in three variants, one with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage in Midnight color and two others with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage in Platinum and Aurora colors. The Midnight and Platinum versions feature 3D nano-scale engraving, while the Aurora version has a transparent back. This phone comes equipped with the improved Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor by Qualcomm. To explain better, the processor's Cortex-X3 core runs at 3.36 GHz, instead of 3.2 GHz – 5% more power – while the Adreno 740 GPU is overclocked from 680 MHz to 719 MHz, increasing graphics performance by 5.7%.

Another interesting difference in the global version of the smartphone is the support for 65 W charging, while the Chinese version of the device supports up to 80 W.
