New tools have been released for iPhone users. Check them out now and see how to use them!
The messaging app WhatsApp has invested heavily in new features for its users. New features are usually tested in the Beta version of the app for Android, before being released to other users. However, this time, the app has released a new feature for users of the Beta version for iOS, with the aim of guiding users in creating communities, which is one of the messenger's features.
Check out all the details of this tool and learn more about other new features in the iOS app.

Community building
WhatsApp is rolling out a new feature in its beta version for iOS users called “Community Examples.” The feature aims to guide users through creating communities on WhatsApp in an instructive way.
When users access the feature, they will be taken to a FAQ that contains detailed instructions and tips on creating of the communities, including adding community groups and effectively engaging community members through specialized ad groups.
The feature's goal is to encourage users to create their own communities within the app by providing clear information and fostering a sense of connection among users on the platform.
The “community samples” feature will be available to a group of testers who can update WhatsApp beta for iOS through the TestFlight app. The rollout will be rolled out gradually, including more users in the coming days.
Animated avatar
In addition to this community-focused feature, the app also introduced avatars in the iOS beta version. These can be shared with anyone, even if they don't use the beta version. This tool aims to improve communication through personality.
Video sharing
WhatsApp has also added a new feature that allows users to send high-quality videos in the iOS beta version. When sending videos, users can choose whether they want them to be in “Standard Quality” or in high definition. The feature was previously released in the Android beta version.
Call scheduling
This is another new feature for users of the beta version of the app, but for Android, according to the WABetaInfo platform. The feature allows users to schedule group calls, voice or video, helping to maintain a schedule in group conversations.
Voice chats
The app is also testing a tool called “Voice Chat”, which will allow the creation of a voice chat with up to 32 participants. The feature is available in beta version 2.23.16.19 for Android, but there is still no official release date.
A sound wave icon will represent the new tool and will serve as a shortcut to creating a chat. Once created, a microphone icon will allow users to send audio messages, and there will also be a second button where users can leave the chat whenever they want.
The chat will end one hour after the last message received in the chat, but users will be able to start it again at any time. Chats will be protected with end-to-end encryption, ensuring that only participants have access to the content sent in the chat.
In the case of chats, users will not receive a phone call like they would with audio calls. They will receive a notification and can decide whether or not to participate in the chat.
