How to report

  1. On the conversation screen, click on the three dots at the top of the screen;
  2. Click on “More” and then on “Report”;
  3. Choose whether you want to block the contact and delete the conversation – this option is enabled by default, so consider taking screenshots of the conversations before confirming the block;
  4. Select the “Report” option;
  5. Please provide a reason for blocking this number, such as “unwanted content.” If you do not choose to block the number, this option will not appear.

If the content is serious and includes issues such as threats to life, it is also recommended to make a formal report to the police.
