Just log in and cancel your order without having to speak to or send messages to anyone. It's all very practical, just follow the steps below:

  • Cancel Promotion – Click on Promotions, then Cancel Promotion. Select the desired option and confirm the cancellation;
  • Cancel a service – click on Packages and Services, then Active Services Query;
  • Cancel a package –  click on Packages, then Active Packages and Cancel Package.
