The service is available on phones that have One UI 2 (Android 10) or higher. In addition to the Galaxy S21 FE 5G, owners of the Galaxy Z3, Galaxy Z4, Galaxy S23 5G, and S22 5G series can use the service for free for 2 years. New members of the Galaxy Z line are also on the list of devices that receive the Lock for free for two years.
The tool can also integrate with Samsung Care+. It offers more benefits to people, such as screen protection, accidental damage, loss or theft insurance. Even if you are a Samsung Care+ policyholder, you can activate the Galaxy Lock for free during the subscription period, regardless of the product model, starting from the product launch date. Each license is unique and linked to the smartphone IMEI, but you can add up to 10 licenses to the same CPF or CNPJ.
