Improving your mobile internet is something many users want to do when their carrier’s signal isn’t working properly. Lags and freezes due to poor connectivity can disrupt everything from your entertainment experience to using transportation apps.
Simple tasks such as clearing your device's cache or activating/deactivating airplane mode on your smartphone work on both Android and iPhone (iOS) phones and can help restore the signal effectively. That's why we at Achei celular have put together some tips to help you improve your mobile internet signal. Another important warning is that a consistently weak signal may require more detailed actions, such as changing carriers or finding a new plan.
1. Turn airplane mode on and off
If you have a slow connection With the internet, one of the easiest ways to restore it is to turn Airplane Mode on or off on your phone. Once you do this, your device will reset its cellular data usage and Wi-Fi connectivity and start searching for a network signal again.
To turn on Airplane Mode on iPhone and Android smartphones, swipe down from the top of the screen to access the quick menu. Then, tap the airplane icon to turn off and re-enable airplane data.

2. Check your mobile carrier settings
You can manually update your carrier settings. Typically, carrier settings updates are pushed to your device automatically. However, if this does not happen, or if you choose to delay the installation, you can do so
manually.
Updates to your carrier settings may also include support for new features like 5G or Wi-Fi calling.
For iPhone:
To check your carrier settings on an iOS phone, go to Settings → General → About. If your service provider has sent you an update, there will be a Download button.

3. Restart your phone
Restarting your device may seem like a simple tip, but it is very effective. This way, your smartphone can resume searching for network signal and complete the installation of pending updates.
4. Check your SIM card
For phones with a SIM card, it is important to ensure that the SIM card is inserted correctly into the device. To do this, turn off the phone and open the tray on the side of the device. This can be done with a sharp object. Remove and replace the SIM card. When you restart the phone, the device will try to find a network signal again. This procedure cannot be performed on cellular lines installed using eSIM.
5. Change the data captured with your cell phone
If your connection is weak, it may be due to your device's mobile network connection. To check and change the selected mobile network on your phone, you'll need to access the Settings menu.
For iPhone:
Go to Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data Options → Voice & Data. Select one of the options
available. Devices using 5G internet should display the option 5G Supported, 5G
Automatic or 4G (LTE).
On Android:
Go to Settings → Connections → Network settings. Select your mobile network or let the model be selected automatically
