Want to reset your Alexa in a very easy way, using your cell phone? Find out how to do it!

It is possible for the user to restore Alexa and Amazon Echo, Echo Dot and Echo Show devices to factory settings. This will erase the personal data stored on these devices, which must be done in cases of sale or change of Amazon account.

It may also be a good idea to reset your virtual assistant or Echo devices when they fail. However, it is important to remember that this action erases your history and usage preferences. The reset procedure is simple and can be done through the Alexa app, available for Android and iOS, or directly through the speakers and smart displays.
