Duolingo Music

The Duolingo Music app will follow the same pattern as Duolingo, featuring straightforward and creative lessons using a comprehensive system to encourage users to learn. For now, the app is just an announcement, with no release date yet. More details about it will be shared at the company's conference, which will take place on October 11th.

Until the official launch, it will be undergoing testing for a few selected users. The company said that on October 11th it will open registrations for tests, but they will only be available in English and Spanish.

App with all courses

For now, Duolingo Music is being treated as a separate app, but the company has revealed that it intends to bring all of its courses together in one app. This also applies to the Duolingo Math app, which is being made available as a separate app.

With this unique app, all language, math and music courses are available on a single platform, without the user having to install multiple apps on their phone. According to the company's co-founder and CTO, Severin Hacker, the experience will be more fun this way.

Music

Information that the company was working on a new music app was discovered by an engineer and developer of applications even before the company's announcement. Steve Moser develops apps for iOS and discovered the fact after finding hidden images and codes on Duolingo, which included information about musical instruments.

The new app is expected to focus on piano and drum lessons, as well as sheet music. In March of this year, the company posted a job listing seeking a music education specialist. The position called for a specialist who combines theory from scientific research on learning with practical teaching experience.

Duolingo

Duolingo offers 45 languages for free. To use the app, simply download it from the Apple Store or Play Store, choose a language and start studying. The platform also has a website, which has the same purpose as the app.

The courses available on the platform were developed by teaching and learning experts, using an international language proficiency standard, in addition to the use of artificial intelligence, to discover what level the student is at.

According to the company, the courses are capable of teaching how to read, write, listen and speak words in different languages, efficiently and effectively.

Duolingo also has a paid version, Super Duolingo, which offers more benefits and is ad-free.
