Firstly, it is important that you have your CPF number on hand before scheduling.

If you are not registered, you will first have to complete the registration procedure, as described below.

After confirming your data, the information that your registration was successful will appear on the screen, as shown in the screen below, and you can now schedule an appointment.

Then, you will click on schedule to set the date of your appointment. If you are scheduling an appointment for a dependent, click on register dependent.

If you want the service for yourself, just click on schedule. On the next screen, you will be able to enter the type of service you want to schedule.

In our example, we chose a second copy of the ID, and we were informed of the documents required for this procedure.

Now you will select which city you want the service for. After that you will choose the day and time and confirm!
