The best chatbots for WhatsApp

Agentbot

The so-called Agentbot, made by the company Aivo, is one of the most complex chatbots on the market, allowing the construction of conversation flows with multiple options and providing analysis of interactions with customers to improve user decision-making.

This tool also allows you to combine automated and human services. The biggest difference is that chatbots are trained with the help of artificial intelligence. Unfortunately, the plans are paid and start at R$1,668 per month with a 30-day free trial. Find out more on the Aivo website.

Botsify

Botsify makes it easy to create bots without any coding knowledge and supports Facebook, Instagram, and SMS in addition to WhatsApp. The platform also has the ability to analyze transcripts, save data, and generate reports.
