Check out some very useful features of the new iPhone 15. Check out what's new in the device.
The iPhone 15 will go on sale this Friday, the 29th, in Brazil, just one week after the start of sales in the United States – according to Apple, the launch is faster this year, as the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) has faster mobile approval.
The new generation arrives with four new devices priced from R$ 7.3k to R$ 14k. New features include Dynamic Island across the lineup, allowing users to interact more with the top of the device's screen, and a standard USB-C port. The Pro series devices also feature titanium frames and improved imaging systems. The standard 15 series is available in pink, blue, green, yellow, white, and black. The Pro series comes in graphite, blue, white, and black. Check out 5 great features in the new iPhone below.

USB-C charging
The European Union has required Apple to include a USB-C port on the iPhone, allowing the iPhone to charge, and be charged by, other devices with USB-C ports. For example, it can draw power from an iPad. More magically, it can borrow power from Android phones, though Apple discourages the use of the USB-C cable that comes with other manufacturers' phones.
Transfer contacts
This applies to any iPhone with iOS 17, but it looks great on the iPhone 15. To exchange contacts, simply bring the two phones together, tap from top to bottom, and the process is almost automatic. Of course, this atmosphere is only possible if users allow information sharing.
7 lenses on the camera
In the Pro series you only have 3 lenses on the rear camera of the iPhone. However, internally, there are 7 different lenses in the rear system, which will allow different focal lengths: macro (ultra-wide), 13mm (ultra-wide), 24mm (wide angle), 28mm (wide angle), 35mm . (wide angle) and 48mm (telephoto). The iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max have differences regarding the last lens. In the Pro it is 77mm, while in the Pro Max it is 120mm.
This means that the Pro Max’s technology will likely include a massive lens inside the iPhone, some of which are used by professional photographers. To achieve this, Apple created a technology called “quadrilateral prism,” which uses four mirrors to reflect light before it hits the device’s sensor. Additionally, the 77mm and 120mm lenses allow for greater optical zoom range, making it easier to photograph distant objects.
Action button
Ever since the first iPhone, users have been familiar with the silent mode button, which acts as a switch on the side of the device to set whether the phone will make a sound when it rings or just vibrate. Now in the iPhone 15, this button has been replaced by the so-called action button, a button that allows the user to select functions.
The new feature can activate the camera, audio recorder, flashlight, and focus mode. That's nine options in total. All of these can be changed in the settings. You can even customize shortcuts for a specific app or connected device.
Simpler location
All Line 15 phones have a new location chip that helps you find people nearby. Just two people in the same place are enough. The chip can detect people within a 60-meter radius, which can be useful for not losing friends in crowded places, such as concerts or football matches. In fact, this feature is already enabled in the Find My app, where AirTags and the Find Friends GPS feature are already active.
