What's New in Beta 6

iOS 17 Beta 6 contains performance improvements, fixes, and enhancements. The Messages app is becoming a faster way to send photos. You can now open the photo picker by clicking the “+” button instead of tapping a photo in the list to select it. In the “Phone” section, Apple has repositioned the end call button again. In previous versions, the button was placed in the right corner, which users who were testing it didn’t like. In the update, the button is back in the center of the screen.

Changes in iOS 17

In addition to Apple listening to feedback from iOS 17 testers and moving the end call button back to its previous location or closer to it, there have been other changes. Apple is expected to launch iOS 17 alongside the new iPhones in mid-September of this year. In iOS 17, Apple has decided to change some parts of the operating system to make the user interface more customizable and human-centric. One of the changes is the screen that appears during a call, which now highlights the photo of the person on the other end of the line. The changes reported by MacRumors have moved all the call control buttons to the bottom and the end call operator to the right. Until now, it was somewhere in the middle, which is basically what you see in every operating system available.

iPhone 15 in India

Foxconn, Apple's largest supplier, has started production of the iPhone 15 in India. It wouldn’t be unusual if the new model wasn’t initially launched outside of China before it was officially announced. To give you an idea, before the iPhone 14 launch, it’s worth noting that devices made in India took around 6 to 9 months to ship compared to devices made in China. According to Bloomberg, Foxconn’s factory in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu will ship the device just a few weeks after it starts shipping products from China, further closing the gap between manufacturing operations in the two countries.

According to rumors about the launch of the iPhone 15, the phone should be released in September, on the 13th. However, there is still no confirmation from Apple about this. What is known is that the brand usually presents its new devices this month, it is worth waiting to see if the tradition will be maintained.
